Directions - On entering Aboyne from the direction of Aberdeen, travel through the town and turn left onto Bridgeview Road, sign posted 'Aboyne Academy and Fire Station'. After the fire station on the left hand side take the second right onto Ladywood Drive where number 36 is located on the right hand side as indicated by our for sale board.
