Reflecting on his journey, Neil is particularly proud of taking the bold step to change careers over five years ago to become a Mortgage Adviser. “It was the best decision I’ve made – I genuinely love my job!”

If you didn’t work in mortgages, what career would you choose?
Interestingly, if Neil hadn’t pursued a career in mortgages, he would have considered sports journalism. During school, he gained work experience at STV and shadowed journalists at Celtic Park for a press conference with Martin O’Neill. “Maybe that swayed me a bit, as I’m a Celtic fan,” he admits.
