At our Dyce branch, Karen leads with experience, dedication, and a friendly approach that makes clients feel at ease from the very first meeting. As Branch Manager in our Estate Agency department, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every property valuation and client consultation.

Karen describes herself as “extremely experienced and easy to talk to,” and she loves nothing more than visiting homes in person to provide first-class, honest advice on current selling conditions in the area. She guides sellers on how best to present and market their property, ensuring every client feels confident and informed throughout the process.

Managing a busy Dyce team keeps Karen on her toes. Her day starts with a team catch-up to review appointments and plan the day ahead. She keeps on top of emails, prepares for valuation visits, and after returning to the office, reviews valuation figures, prepares quotes, and discusses them with potential sellers. Karen also keeps a close eye on all current listings, holding regular one-to-one meetings with team members to celebrate successes and explore new strategies for properties that need a fresh approach.

When she’s not helping clients, Karen is a social and active individual. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, gardening — including growing all the bedding plants for her and her mother’s gardens — and cycling on her electric bike. She and her husband love touring the local countryside in their caravan, stopping at cafes and pubs along the way. Karen is also a devoted supporter of her son’s football team, attending as many home and away matches as possible.
