Aberdein Considine moves to LLP

Important Update

Effective from 23rd June 2025, Aberdein Considine & Company (AC&Co) converted from a traditional partnership to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). As part of this change, all business and assets of AC&Co transferred to Aberdein Considine LLP.

Your Engagement with Us

As of 23rd June 2025:

  • All business, assets, records, and ongoing work transferred from AC&Co to Aberdein Considine LLP.
  • The LLP assumed responsibility for all rights and obligations of AC&Co from that date.
  • Liability for work completed prior to the conversion remains with AC&Co.

Data Protection

Your personal data will transfer to the LLP as part of the continuity of service. The LLP will continue to manage and protect your data in accordance with the UK GDPR.

Banking Details

There is no change to our banking arrangements. Any payments made to "Aberdein Considine" will continue to be processed as normal on behalf of the LLP.
